Hemamm was very helpful during my ADHD titration period. I felt that I could discuss my concerns with him at any time and I found him very reassuring. He was always prompt at filling prescriptions and making sure I did not run out of medication.

Had minor language difficulties e.g. when asking a question about forms that needed filling in my question wasn't answered and was misunderstood. Despite this, they were very helpful with getting me onto a working dose of medication. I was especially impressed by them adjusting my medication for the week of my period every month (as my medication is less effective during this time) as I expected to be essentially told to deal with it but was instead listened to and helped. This has not been the case with all medical professionals I've dealt with in the past. They replied quickly and were helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Brilliant reviews for Mr Hemamm AL-Kaillany, Through starting off the process with Shahab, to then Beginning the titration process with Hemamm, I have been looked after every step of the way. Everything was made crystal clear. Both parties were ensured that we knew the process, what was expected and what was needed to so a lot could be gained from the titration process. Any questions were answered as soon as possible, moreover if he was unsure of anything I had said, it was rectified immediately. Following on from this, if I was unsure of anything, Hemamm suggested improvements to the regime. An example of this, was me asking if having protein shakes would benefit the medication (also, just for improving healthy habits). He suggested why this may be beneficial. After seeing benefits from this, He then explained in detail how the medication works, and how the protein shake will act with the medication on a biochemical level. this is just a snippet on how the level of care I have received is unmatched. Even though I'm the middle of the titration process (I'm presuming I'm in the middle of the process), I look forward to the rest of the titration process with: Hemamm, Shahab and psychiatry UK as a whole. The work they all do is life changing, and just in this period of time, they have made a total change of mine.

Hemamm provided me with a comprehensive medication plan which was easy to understand and follow. My treatment is going well and Hemamm has been on hand to answer any questions and queries I have had. I am grateful for his help and support.
